From a simple idea to a community-driven movement supporting Celtic Women’s Football
How It All Started
COYGIG started about 2 years ago under the name teec3. As passionate fans of Celtic Women’s Football Club, we noticed a significant gap in the market – there was no official merchandise available for the women’s team. Parents were constantly asking us where they could find gear featuring their children’s favourite players.
What began as a solution to a simple problem quickly grew into something much more meaningful. We started small, creating matchday cards – A6 postcards featuring player and team designs with space on the back for autographs. At just £3 each, these cards became an instant hit and remain one of our most popular items to this day.
Encouraged by the response from fans, we expanded our range to include clothing and accessories. However, we made a conscious decision this season to pair back and focus on what matters most: quality basics and practical items that fans actually want. Think hats, scarves, keyrings, and badges – items that supporters can proudly wear and use at every match.
In the summer, we underwent a complete rebrand, emerging as COYGIG with a fresh new name and logo that better represents our mission and the passionate community we serve. This wasn’t just a cosmetic change – it marked our renewed commitment to supporting the team and making quality merchandise accessible to everyone.
